Recipe: Baked Duetto with Baby Spinach and Parma Ham

Duetto fresh pasta creates a great tasting meal in minutes for every occasion, whether it’s a
quick everyday snack or something a little more special. Try this mouth-watering

You will need
- 1 pack Duetto Spinach and Cheese
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 200ml whipping cream
- 250g baby spinach (stalks removed)
- 1/2 lemon (juice and zest)
- 100g Parma ham (cut into slivers)
- 80g fresh Parmesan cheese (grated)
To Make
- Pre-heat the oven to Gas mark 5, 190şC, 375şC.
- Cook Duetto according to the pack instructions and drain.
- Meanwhile melt the butter in a pan.
- Add the garlic and gently fry for 2 mins (do not allow to colour).
- Add the cream, lemon juice and zest and bring to the boil. Remove from
heat.
- Toss the baby spinach through the hot drained pasta until wilted. Season.
- Place the pasta in an ovenproof dish. Pour the garlic and cream mixture over
the pasta. Lay slivers of Parma ham on top.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in the pre-heated oven for 15 minutes until golden
brown.
Chef's Tip
For attractive presentation divide the recipe between large individual ramekin
dishes. Gently drizzle some cream and chopped chives around the dish to serve.
